Missing text in sticky notes etc.

Hi

I use Acrobat DC Reader to correct proofs. I've noticed that sometimes the text I write in sticky notes or in the 'replace text' option is incomplete when it is opened by the reader (i.e. the person who has to make the changes I've marked). For example, I might write a comment of 15 words and only the first five 'get through'. What's causing this and how can I fix it?

Thanks!

Jane

Thanks, Akanchha. The problem seems to have sorted itself out after a

recent update, but I'll bear your advice in mind if I hit any other issues!

    Hey Jane,

Sorry for the delay in response.

This might be because of the existing version of Adobe Reader you are working on currently. You may check whether you have the latest patch version 2019.010.10069 installed or not? Open Reader DC>Help>Check for update

DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

Also, try adding annotation to any other pdf file and see if that has a similar behavior of missing text in sticky notes or not?
