Missing view insertion option

Hello

Can anyone tell me why a reviewer of a pdf I have sent them with insertions does not have the option to see Insertions? They can see my Deletions and Sticky Notes. We are both on Macs and using Reader DC 2017 009.20044.

ANY help most welcome.

    I have the same issue. I have recieved a document with comments and I can not open the comments. I can see the sticky notes throughout the document but I can not open them to read them. I'm on a MAC using Chrome.
