Mixed Page Size Printing issue MAC using Canon MF445dw printer

I'm trying to print a letter/legal mixed document and it's not working. I updated to the latest version and talked to Canon. They told me to go to Security (enhanced) and find the "enable protected mode at start-up", but it was nowhere to be found. What is the fix for this? I do click on "choose paper source by pdf page size"

Canon said that the same thing happened to someone with Windows and they were able to fix it.
