Moderation in defect-reporting forum

Is anyone from Adobe monitoring and moderating the defect reporting page, https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html ?  It's full of advertising and assorted unrelated rubbish. Makes it difficult for real customers to find or report issues and fills me with zero confidence that anyone from Adobe will ever look at reoprted issues. (But a tip of the hat to any hardworking volunteers; I know that some fora are volunteer-moderated).

Alternatively, has anyone on this forum a better link for formally reporting defects in the Windows Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat Standard products, please ?
