Modificar documento compartido

Buenas, estoy un poco perdido en todo esto y no sé cómo puedo hacerlo. Tengo hecho un catálogo de productos con Acrobat lo he guardado en la nube y lo quiero compartir con clientes. Cuando lo comparto me da un enlace el cual lo envío a los clientes y cuando lo pinchan se les descarga mi catálogo. El problema que tengo es que si del catálogo modifico algo, precios fotos....etc y lo guardo de nuevo en la nube sobreescribiendo el anterior, el enlace que le mandé a los clientes no se modifica

 Se modifica si vuelvo a compartir y genera un nuevo enlace con el engorro que es mandar un nuevo enlace cada vez que se modifica algo.

Se que se puede hacer pero no se cómo, alguien me puede ayudar.Gracias

When you use Adobe Acrobat’s cloud sharing feature, each time you click “Share”, Acrobat generates a new link, even if you overwrite the existing file. This is because Acrobat treats each share action as a new instance, not a live update to the original link.

 

Suggestion steps: 

 

Create a Folder in Adobe Document Cloud

Go to https://adobe.ly/4nKodbL
Click “Files/Documents” > “Create Folder”
Name it something like “Product Catalogue”

 

Upload Your Catalogue to That Folder

Drag and drop your PDF into the folder.
When you update the catalogue, delete the old version and upload the new one with the same name.

 

Share the Folder Link

Right-click the folder > Share > Get Link
Send this link to your clients.
Now, whenever you update the file inside the folder, the link stays the same and always shows the latest version.

 

 

  • Make sure the file name remains consistent when replacing it.
  • You can set permissions to “View only” or “Invite only,” depending on how secure you want the access to be.

Note: Steps may vary depending on the app UI, or the browser settings.

Buenas de nuevo,

he intentado hacer lo que me dijo, he creado la carpeta y puesto el archivo dentro pero cuando lo comparto ya la modificacion no me deja sobreescribir sobre el antiguo para reemplazarlo y si lo borro y lo pego con el mismo nombre el enlace se pierde.
No se como hacerlo he probado ya varias formas pero en cuanto comparto ya no puedo modificar.
Tengo un amigo de otra empresa que lo hace con una aplicacion que se llama Box, el comparte con los clientes un enlace y el modifica el archivo y lo va subiendo sin problemas.
Con lo grande que es Adobe me extraña que no lo haga.

There are two ways to share the document. Just like other cloud storage, can you try the steps below:

Go to https://adobe.ly/3W9oQjq > click the three dots to the right of the file name > click "Get Link" > toggle the "can comment" button as per preference > generate the link. 

 

Now, share the same link with the people you want. to, and then check if you are able to make edits.
