Modify an object size and location for printing

I have a cross-stich pattern that I am trying to enlarge and center on a page. I am also trying to select a portion and enlarge it more and then print the enlarged portion. I have done this before but for the life of me I can't remember.

Zoom in to the area you want to print and then go to File - Print and under "Pages to Print" open the "More Options" section and select "Current View". And you can also select the Fit option under Page Size & Handling to enlarge the selected area to fit the printed page:
