Modify config on adobe reader 2020

I just completed deploying Adobe Reader to approx 100 systems in our environment.  I've been asked to look into modify a setting and then sending that out to all deployed systems. the setting is under Preferences->Signatures->Verfication "click" More-> Under Windows Integration - check "validating signatuers". 

I've looked for this setting in the customization wizard and can't seem to find it. And i'm not sure if thats the right path because if i make an .mst with that change, can I just deploy out the .mst?  I dont want to re-deploy the whole app again.  Attaching it from a different viewpoint, can this modifiation be made via GPO or registry setthing? (keeping in mind with registry setting there's a chance more than one user uses a system so i can't just make a change in current user)  Thanks for the help in advance.
