Move measurement to front in Reader DC

Hi,

On the right side tool list, Measurement Tool is not shown. I have to click More tools to bring it up. When it is there, need to click it again to show it on the top.Then from the top, click again then I could do the meadurement.

Is there a way to let it stay there forever, because I use it very often.

    There isn't any specific settings/preferences in the freeware Adobe Reader application to add a Tool in the right-hand toolbar.

    The customization is available in Acrobat.
