Movies embedded in a PDF not working

I have a PDF Ebook with video embedded and it will not play. I get a yellow band with the message saying "Install the required version of Flash Player"

I have installed the latest Acrobat Reader DC and Adobe Flash Player and still cannot get the movie to run and receive the same error message

I am using Windows 10 with plenty of RAM. Can you make any suggestions to resolve the issue?
