Question
multi media issue. with reader
I can open any pdf file there are just a few that I have this issue with. When opening a select pdf I am immediately prompted with the following pop up
Multimedia player finder
the pdf file contains media that requires an additional player. please click get media player to download the correct media player. to play media you will need to close and restart the application once the player installation is complete.
when I follow steps it brings me to this link.
I have attempted the following to resolve the issue;
your help guide from web site Playing video, audio, and multimedia formats in PDFs, Adobe Acrobat
uninstall and reinstall the application
remove the file and redownload it
update tabe
and repair installer tabe
