My cursor becomes a black box in Adobe DC Reader

Tengo un Windows 7 64x con la última versión a la fecha instañada de Adobe Reader DC a la fecha. Al abrir el programa el día de hoy me encontré con que el cursor cambia a negro. Pasa con cada PDF que abro. Intenté solucionarlo con borrar el Iconcache pero ni la carpeta ni el archivo se encuentran aun configurando el equipo para mostrar archivos ocultos. Intenté desinstalar e instalar y el problema persistió.

    Hi Fernandomfsr,

    As the cursor converted to the black box icon, try the location mentioned here Mouse pointer changes into a black box or square when moved over blank areas in a PDF document to delete the icon cache file.

    Check if you can open the folder and delete the files from there.

    If that does not work, try once removing the application from the machine.

    Run the Adobe cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to uninstall the application and relaunch the machine.

    Then re-install the application from this link Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution.
