My recent files is disappear.

Hi

My recent files list and my saved singature is disappear at time to time.

Sometimes is not disappear, and simetimes is disappear.

I think the reason for this is that sometimes when running Acrobat, the automatic login to the account is not immediate, and during the delay the usage history is deleted.

What can be done, besides regularly using the LOG OFF mode?

    Thanks for highlighting the issue.

    Have you started to experience this delay in syncing your account with the application recently, maybe after installing the latest patch, or has it been there for a long?

    Please confirm the Reader version you are working with. Open Reader>help>About Acrobat Reader

    Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

    To download the patch manually, more information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

    If its up-to-date, then Open Reader>help>repair installation

      The issue started in first time I loged in to my account (before a year).

      My version is up-to-date.

      After a month my history has not been deleted.

      Once I opened Acrobat in offline, and all hisory was disappeared.

      Your solution does not work.
