Nao consigo adicionar fotos

O botão de adicionar nao está habilitado e a ferramenta Ctrl + Shift + l também nao está habilitada

Could you please elaborate the issue you are experiencing.

As you have mentioned that you can not add photos as add button I not working, let us know the add button you are referring to?

Where exactly are you trying to add photos? Are you filling a PDF form?

If not, what exactly you are trying to do?
