Please confirm which application you are using to convert the PDF to Word?

Is it Adobe Acrobat DC or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

As you have subscribed for the Export PDF which is a online service that you can also use it through Acrobat Reader application.

Make sure that you are signed in in the application using right email address (Adobe I.D) under which you have subscription for Export PDF.

You may also refer to the website to get the online access of Export PDF service.
