Need To Avoid Copying Footer Information

Hello, if you are viewing a .PDF document with a footer, but you need to copy content from the document that spans multiple pages, how do you prevent the footer from being copied over with the content, for example if you need to run a query. If the query spans more than one page and the pages have a required footer, the footer content is embedded in the middle of the query, and this is confusing for clients who need to run the information. Is there a way to exclude copying a footer? Microsoft Word, for example, doesn't copy over footer information. Thank you.

Thank you. We had thought of that but were worried that might somehow copy over as well in some form. We have to run it by Legal.
