Need to install Adobe Reader XI for USGBC LEED portal

I'm trying to setup a new Windows 10 laptop for work. I need to access the USGBC LEED portal with this machine.  USGBC specifies Adobe Reader XI as required and that newer versions are not compatible.  I've searched the Adobe website and even when I go to links for downloading older versions of Reader, the only option available is DC. Does anyone know how to download XI or a workaround for the LEED portal?
