Need To Know when auto update of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC runs

Hi all,

I am now plannnig to delete bupdate using Active Directory GPO in order to force Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to be automatically kept updated.

As our office network bandwidth is limited , 

I really need to know when the automatic update runs to avoid network congestion in case  many PCs in our office run the update at the same timing.

Would anybody tell me when the automatic update runs ? How can I know it?
