Acrobat Reader says there is an update but when I click on it to update it tells me I am offline.. I am never offline as this is a cable connection and only I can use it.. Any help here?

This is sounding normal. Everyone has a clipboard. After Print Screen (which makes no sound of sign) you can paste into Word. Or Paint. Just paste, don't copy again. The Print Screen button should be labelled "copy screenshot" but it's proably 40 years too late for that.

    What exactly Updater tells you?

    Can you post the image?

my print screen doesn't work and it wont let me copy and paste.. it just says an update is available so when i click update it tells me I am not online and so wont update.

Never heard of a system where Print Screen didn't work. Do you know how it is supposed to be used?

What happens if you sign out and sign back in again?

I don't have a welcome screen.. My reader opens in my library.. I clicked on every mark. icon on my page and nothing shows a welcome or my name..
