New Win10 image, all computers outputing e-SDT error when adobe files openned

I am a service desk admin, unfortunetly I don't have access to changing the image, only sending "issues" through the chain. All my users are getting a e-SDT error when Adobe products launch, and even some windows files. No clue what is going on, or how to fix it. Thoughts anyone?
