Newly created pdf files from others do not display - blue/gray 'mask' covers doc.

All my pdf files work fine, but new ones can't be read/printed.

I went to FedEx to use their auto printer/copier (without connection to a computer), and it worked there.

Welcome to the non-technical, non-product support, forum Lounge.

A moderator will need to move this to a more appropriate forum.

Which Adobe software or service are you using to create your PDF files?

    Which printer?

    Hi Nancy:

Files are received by me created by others. Appear to be created by

Acrobat. Some are OK, others not.

Latest was my tax return from my accountant.

I have Win 10, latest update; & Reader - latest update.

    2017.009.20044

I used FedEx large copier machine, where you just put in USB dive, pick

file, view & print. Worked OK.

Same file I can not view on my computer using Acrobat.

Very strange, as I've been using Reader for 20 years!

Also - this is the only forum I could figure out how to post a question.

    Thanks

    Tom
