No 2 sided printing

I recently downloaded the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and now I don't have a 2 sided print option on my Brother MFC-L2750 printer.  The previous version of Reader printed on 2 sides.  I've had numerous online chats with Brother and they concluded that Adobe should have the answer to this problem

    Hello Back,

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, what is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

Make sure that you have the latest version of the printer driver/firmware installed. Also, refer and try the suggestions from the following Adobe article Print double-sided | Adobe Acrobat, Reader DC

Duplex Printing is the property of the printer, please make sure that the duplex printing is turned on from the Advanced Properties of the Printer.

Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.

The version of Acrobat I have is: 2018.011.20058

I’m using a MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.6

I have already downloaded the latest drivers for my Brother (CUPS) as suggested on Acrobat website

I can double side print elsewhere. For example, if this email stream was long enough my printer would give me the option of two sided printing, as did my previous version of Acrobat Reader.

Please install the latest version of the Adobe Reader 2018.011.20063 from help>check for updates, or install it manually from DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

Go the Advanced printing settings of your brother printer and make sure that the Duplex/Double-Sided printing is turned on.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.
