No ability to name document when saving

Question

We have no option to name a document we are saving when going to save as.  We've tried unchecking boxes for the cloud storage.  It did not fix the issue.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to name the file while saving

Is this a behavior with just PDF file or with other files as well? Please try to save Word or Excel file and check.

Please check for any missing /pending updates for Windows and try installing them and see if that helps.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try saving the files and check.
