No access to Document Cloud for iOS Reader app with Creative Cloud All Apps licence.

Hi,

 

I have an enterprise licence for Creative Cloud All Apps. I am trying to log in to Adobe Reader and Adobe Scan on my iPad and get the error message that my Adobe ID does not have access to the Document Cloud. I am able to install and use all other Creative Cloud apps except for Reader and Scan.  Appreciate any assistance.

I have the same problem. I can sign in acrobat on my computer but it was failed on my iPhone and iPad.

Can you sign in at the Document Cloud in a browser?

No, I cannot sign in to Document Cloud via a browser.

May be that the Document Cloud is not part of your license.
