No Barcode - Windows

Filling out Canada visa tourist form.

When pressing 'validate' button, form validates ok,  HOWEVER:

Adobe will not generate the barcodes required.

Form is rejected by Canada website.

Tried using the MAC fix of downgrading to previous version of Adobe Acrobat- No joy.

Wants serial number.  Can not finish install.

Canada website says to upgrade to latest version of Adobe- I have- DC.

(it is what I was originally using in the first place.)  I have run the Adobe upgrader.- No Joy.

I have completely deleted and reinstalled Adobe- No Joy.

My Java is up-to-date.

Absolutely at my wits end.
