No combine option in my Adobe PDF Pack

Goodevening,

I have 2 problems with this pack i bought today.

1) When i launch Adobe and select the combine option it says that i have to add this option, but on the function list i saw before i bought this pack there was the combine option.

2) When i try to download all the files loaded on the cloud it gives me an error if i try to download more than 50 files together.

Is there a way to fix this huge bugs?

    2) Not sure there's a solution for that. It's a limitation of the web-service, most likely to prevent abuse or overload.
