I need to be able to view all the comments on my document but I do not have the option to select "comments list". Is there another way I can read all the comments besides clicking on each one?

    Hi Patiencei,

    If you are using Reader/ Acrobat to view pdf, try going into Tools > Comment, click filter comments option in the right-hand pane and select "show all comments" and check if that helps. You may refer to this KB doc for the same: View, reply, print comments in Adobe Acrobat
