no digital ID is present to decrypt document

Hello 

I've created a new digital id on my computer and sent it in order the other side can encrypt the document with my digital ID. When I try to open the encrypted document, I get message that no digital ID is present to decrypt it, althought I can see it

I'm using Acrobat Reader DC version 2021.001.20145
