No longer using an old email and can't sign in

Hello!  I am trying to sign in to my adobe account for the first time in a few years.  Unfortunately, I don't have access to that email anymore, and adobe continues to want to send a pw reset to that email.  Also, I can't contact anyone without signing in.  How do I get help to sign in if I can't sign in?  It makes no sense... lol.  Anyway, I had to create a new account to try to get access to help, and still can't get reach anyone because my product is not registered.  My old account has all of the services, such as editing and converting docs, which I now would have to pay for again.  Can someone please let me know how to recover my old account?  Thank you!
