no pinch to zoom function in acrobat DC

I use my thinkpad with windows 10. my acrobat DC does not support pinch to zoom function (I pinched but no response from the programme). I tried to change the setting to enable the function but it does not work. Any answer to this question? thanks!

    Hi Kittych,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Could you please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue? If yes, please try following troubleshooting steps:

    1- Reboot the machine if you haven't already and check if that resolves the issue.

    2- If that doesn't work, try disabling and enabling touchpad gesture and see if that helps.

    For ex, in Windows 10, right-click start menu > settings > devices > mouse > additional mouse options > click to change touchpad settings .

    3- If that doesn't work, try resetting preferences for Acrobat using the steps given in this link: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

    4-  Reboot the machine after resetting preferences and try again.
