No Printing from Acrobar Reader at all

Apple iMac OSX 10.13.3  Acrobar Reader 2018.011.20.038

Since an update (cannot recall which-Apple or Acrobat) there's no more printing PDF files from the Acrobat Reader DC program. All works fine; print command; select 'print', standard printer chosen, nothing is sent to the printerque. No error message, nothing. print has dissapeared. This is the only program that does this all others print like a charm. It is not about the files since the free PDF reader PDF Pro Free print them flawlessly. Do I need to say goodbye to Adobe Reader?

Hi Joopr,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As the issue occurs when trying to print the PDF, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Try to update the application to the latest version. Launch the application and go to Help > Check for updates.

To check the latest version available, refer to this link Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader.

Check if that helps.

If the issue still persists, try the reset the application preferences with the steps mentioned here  How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Meenakshi
