No puedo crear una nueva firma

Hola!Al momento de querer crear una firma y dar click en la opción "Add Signature", la aplicación pareciera no responder y quedarse en blanco No sé si es un problema de conexión o algún error común.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

The application's screen seems frozen when using Fill & Sign tool. Try the following steps and see if that helps:

1- Reboot the computer

2- If it is a file-specific issue, then change the following security settings for testing:

Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader

3- If this doesn't work, then

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s files traces:

Download the Acrobat Reader installer from here:
