No reply after applying for Adobe Reader distribution license

Hi,

we are trying to use Adobe Reader on our work mobile and i have pushed an install on all mobile devices, problem is, they need an account to be able to open files.

I applied for a Distribution License over a month ago and havent got a reply yet. I have asked the support from chat, to check but they couldnt check the free licenses so adviced me to come and ask here.

Can anyone help please?
