Holaa, tengo el adobe acrobat reader dc en mi mac desde siempre y hace una semana que no me responde. Abro un pdf y se abre la aplicación pero ésta se paraliza y deja de funcionar, no me responde. Cierro la aplicación forzosamente, la vuelvo a abrir y nada. Además me pone que no necesito actualización así que no entiendo nada. Soy estudiante y no puedo perder mis apunteeees que tengo escritos en comentarios!!!!!!

I am sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader DC, please reboot the machine once and launch Adobe Reader and try opening any PDF file and check.
Check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader DC from Help>Check for updates, reboot the machine again after installing the updates.
If Adobe Reader is still freezing after installing the latest updates, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove installed Adobe Reader application Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reboot the machine and download Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
