Not a big user of Adobe so far..........

This a screen print of a constant problem I keep experiencing.  If I hit the RH button it is apparently supposed to "repair" the glitch but it doesn't, it just disappears to oblivion & I cannot open the document & not just this sample, all of those I have stored, about 6.

Is there a known solution to this?
