Not able to access URL from Adobe Reader Header anymore ...

I used to click on a URL address on the header of any PDF document, in order to get access the the corresponding Web Page, but doesn't work anymore.  Is that a bug in the latest version? Is it a set up in the software I use to create PDF documents (PDF Creator)?  Thanks for lights on this.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Are you still experiencing this issue? It does depend on how you generating pdfs.

    Let us know the Adobe application you are using to generate PDFs.  And help us with the exact steps you are taking to complete the process.

    Please let us know if that helps. Or if you have already found a resolution/workaround to this query, please reply to third with your findings that will help.
