Not able to print on both sides of paper using Acrobat Reader DC with Brother HL 3150 CDW

I am using Windows 10 and a Brother HL 3150 CDW printer. This is a duplex printer but the dupplex printing button is not visible into Adobe Reader DC whereas in Microsoft word for example, dupplex printing is available and works perfectly. 

 

What can I do to print duplex?

Hi there

 

We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, you are not able to print on both the sides of the paper.

 

We need some more information for a better understanding:

 

          Make sure you have the latest version 19.21.20056. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

 

  • Is this a behavior with a particular PDF or with all the PDFs you try to print? If its a particular PDF, please share the file with us for testing. Click on the message icon on the top right corner of the screen to start the private message.

 

Please try the following settings and see if that works, Go to Print > Select, Print on both sides of the paper > Click OK
