Not able to save changes

Despite following the proper procedure to save changes made in the documents, the changes aren’t saved. It has happened multiple times and with different documents.

As per the description above, you are not able to save the changes made in a PDF file using Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

With the description, it seems that you are trying to save the comments made in a PDF file using the Adobe Reader DC.
