Not able to save the documents

Hi team,

we are using adobe acrobat reader DC.We are not able to save any documents.

    Hi monishav70430832,

    Could you please provide some more information.

    What exactly happens when you try to save documents?

    Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the exact error message or the screenshot of the message.

    Is it an issue with some particular PDF?

    If you save window opens as blank when you try to save PDF, please refer the following steps:

    Assuming you are on Windows, go to Edit Menu > Preferences General and uncheck the box for " Show online storage when saving files".

    Click OK below on the same window to save the settings.

    Then try to save the file and check if it works or not.

    Let us know if you have a different issue.
