Not allowed to convert MS docs into PDF.

Until last week I never had problems converting any of my Microsoft docs into PDF form my Office apps on my device.

Now I get a pop-up msg. that I have to pay a subscription to convert more than one doc a month !?!?

Converting a MS doc on the web based Office there is no problem whatsoever.

Hi @Steenski1

Thanks for reaching out, and we are sorry for the troubled experience.

With Reader installed, you can now convert MS Word documents to PDFs using Adobe technology. It is free for one document on a rolling basis.

However, you can convert documents to PDF using existing MS features built-in with MS Office Suite products.

Let us know if you have further questions.
