Not available in my country

Question

Hi all, I am currently using the free version of Reader to edit documents, but when I try to export into a Word format it tells me the package is not available in my country. I have recently moved from the UK to Cayman but I can still use the free reader. Any suggestions?

Reader itself doesn't convert PDF in any format, it's just a viewer application. The file conversion is done by Adobe's cloud service Export PDF (https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/export-pdf-online-pricing.html). It's an extra service you can also reach through the user interface of Reader. You should check if this service is available in your new region.
