Not loading content for fill and sign.

Question

I have a client who just reached out and stated the fill and sign form will not load.

If she has a pdf that she needs to send to someone to have them fill out and sign, when she goes to click on the right hand side "Fill & Sign" and then you click "Others, request signatures" the only thing that loads is the top progress bar, no other content.

I've uninstalled, restarted PC, reinstalled same thing. Tried running in compatability mode, adminstrator, disabled protected mode at startup, to no avail.

Any other suggestions?

Hi  Hope you are doing well.Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please confirm if you are still facing the issue?Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.07.20095 (Win) , 21.07.20096 (Mac) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates.Also try to logout of the application, reboot the computer once and relogin with the same Adobe ID and see if that works for you.We will be waiting for your response.
