Nothing works at moment

I don't seem to be able to do anything with PDF. 1) I was sent a secure PDF doc. that won't accept the password. 2) I can't create a PDF. 3) I went into my account--that worked--but when I tried to change my payment info, it wouldn't save. However, I am paid up.

It's as though I am inadvertently blocking it, but I don't know how.

Is the system down?
