O instalador informa que meu pc ja possui a versão mais recente do reader dc instalada, porém meu pc não possui nenhum produto adobe

Estou tentando instalar o reader dc e a instalação ocorre normalmente, mas no fim aparece a mensagem "versão mais recente já instalada", sendo que meu computador não possui nenhuma versão do adobe reader nem qualquer outro produto adobe.

    Also, update for C runtime in Windows, refer to the following URL for obtaining the Windows updatehttps://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows

    Reboot the machine and try installing Adobe Reader and check.
