October 24th 2019 Adobe update caused all of our end users to not be able to open PDF files in IE

Adobe reader version 19.021.20049 on Windows 10 caused an issue where no PDF can be viewed in the IE browser.

    Hi Rbrisbon,

     

    We are sorry for the experience you had. As you are not able to open PDF files in IE with the new version, is this started after you you updated the application to the new version  19.21.20049?

     

    Please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/display-pdf-in-browser.html and see if that helps.
