Hi,
I cannot sign in Acrobat apps.
And I cannot sign in cloud.adobe.com<http://cloud.adobe.com>
Here is the error message:
Access Denied
You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support<http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/> if you believe this is an error.

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.
Your Adobe accounts information shows that your registered country is China. Sorry to say, the Adobe Acrobat & Document Cloud services are not available in China.
So you wont be able to access it, and that is the reason you have been receiving the message "Access Denied You no longer have access to this service"
