On Mac, Signature button in Adobe acrobat pro

On my Mac, the signature button is not working in Adobe acrobat pro version 2022.003.20314 is not working, while the signature button is working on my Acrobat reader, can some one help with this issue and how to solve it.

Looking at the description above, we assume you are referring to the Fill & Sign feature in Acrobat Pro.

What happens when you use the signature option? Is that option there or not?

 

If you are referring to Request E-signature here, try sending the document once from the Document Cloud website and see if that allows you to send the file for signing on the web. https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/

Helllo,

 

I ma not referring to request e- signature which i have and can sign using it or request others to sign.

I am referring to the normal fill and sign tab which allowed me to sign in a way much esasier. I need to have access back on this fill and sign button or tab
