On MacBook Pro, gets stuck on an ad, won't open.

13" Macbookpro, OS 10.14.6 
Acrobat Reader opens, asks if I want to make it default pdf software (no), and an ad pops up about installing the Chrome Acrobat plug-in - see attached. It doesn't fully load, and the only way to deal with it is to force-quit Acrobat. I tried opening it from the document also. Same thing.

I uninstalled, and re-installed, and rebooted the computer. Same result.

Sure looks like your ad (if it is your ad) is the problem.
