Only certain files will be white-washed.

Hi, I'm using Acrobat in South Korea. I'm a user from a non-profit organization.

I'm a Christian, so I use Acrobat to read the ESV Bible, which is over 500MB in size. I've never had any problems until now, but a few days ago, my iPad and iPhone have been experiencing white pages.

When I drag it around, it seems to recognize it, but I can't see it at all. When I move it to my MacBook or iMac, it comes out fine, and I can see it in ibook or other apps, but only in Acrobat. What could be the cause?

Acrobat 24.08.00(20240807.192443) version. The iPad I'm using is a Pro 4 and is updated to version 17.6.1. My other iPads and iPhones are also updated to the latest version.

Other documents, scans, and files open just fine. It's only the files I mentioned that are blanking out.
