Only Fill and Sign does not work

Hello, any help or ideas that you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

 

Adobe opens fine, all documents open fine, I can scroll, basically everything works how it should until I hit the Fill and Sign button. As soon as I hit that button, I can no longer acess the document. It is still on my screen, but I can no longer scroll up and down the document, and I definitely cannot type in the document. I can hit other buttons, but essentially the program becomes useless as I have to close out of Adobe all together to be able to actually work with document again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have attempted to troubleshoot myself, I am just at a loss and use this program almost everyday.

    Hi,

     

    Can you please confirm the following : 

     

    1. Are you on the latest version of Reader? You can try Help > Check for updates for the latest version.

    2. Are you unable to use Fill and Sign app with every PDF file or some specific PDF file? If possible can you share a sample file.

    3. What OS are you using?

    4. Does the application go to "Not responding" or are you able to exit the Fill and Sign app using the close button?

    As the Fill & Sign freezes the screen, please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the following help document.

    Also, please check if the application is updated to the latest version available.
