Open pdf at the specific bookmark

Hi anyone.

With

file:///C:/Users/GILBERTO/Desktop/Dispatch%20commands%20by%20tools.pdf#page=35

I can open a pdf file at page 35.

I want open a pdf file at the bookmark named "Incipit"

Is possible?

If yes how?

You can use named destinations, not bookmarks.
